Procrastination tends to rear its head in the gap between thinking and doing.
Here's what you need to do:
1. Define a final starting date.🧐
Set in stone: Let’s say December 17th, 2023.
Attach a consequence: If you don't start today, the plan is off.
Why a final starting date?
A mere starting date may not propel you into action. You can start any day you want! However, a final starting date is different.
If you don’t start by your final starting date, why bother? You are probably not that passionate about this goal.
